1. 服务性质与去中心化客户端定位

QBit Wallet 是一款由 QBit Chain 团队开发的开源、去中心化区块链客户端软件界面。我们为用户提供与 QBit Chain 区块链底层及兼容智能合约交互的本地化技术工具。

您明确知悉并认可：

  • 非金融中介机构：QBit Wallet 不是银行、证券交易所、经纪商、资金托管人、资产管理公司或受监管的金融机构；
  • 纯本地交互界面：本钱包仅作为帮助用户管理本地私钥与向去中心化公链广播签名指令的图形客户端，不代管、不触碰亦不控制任何用户的加密资产；
  • 无投资或法律顾问服务：本软件内展示的任何汇率信息、生态项目链接或代币参数均不构成任何形式的投资建议、财务规划或法律背书。

2. 用户自主责任与私钥安全守则

⚠️ 助记词与私钥的独占性与不可挽回性声明： 在去中心化网络中，私钥等于资产的唯一所有权凭证。QBit Wallet 无法触及用户私钥，亦无服务器端备份。用户必须对助记词和私钥的离线安全保管承担全部责任。

作为用户，您承诺并同意遵循以下准则：

  • 离线物理备份：在创建钱包后，立即使用纸笔将助记词抄写并保存在安全私密的物理位置，严禁截图、上传网盘、通过微信/邮件传输；
  • 密码保护：设置高强度的设备端本地访问密码，防范物理设备落入他人之手；
  • 自行承担遗失后果：若因设备丢失、损坏、密码遗忘、助记词泄露、恶意软件或钓鱼攻击造成资产丢失，您理解并同意 QBit 团队在技术上无法协助找回、重置或冻结任何资产，且不承担任何赔偿责任。

3. 区块链交易与金融风险披露 (Risk Disclosure)

加密货币及去中心化网络属于高风险新兴领域，使用 QBit Wallet 进行交互包含以下固有技术与市场风险：

  • 链上交易的不可逆性 (Irreversibility)：区块链底层基于分布式账本共识运作，一旦交易广播且被区块确认，任何人均无法撤回、取消或修改该笔交易。在转账前请务必仔细核对目标公钥地址；
  • 网络燃料费与波动 (Network Gas Fees)：所有链上操作（包括转账、Swap 兑换、合约授权）需消耗底层区块链网络手续费（如 QBT Gas）。网络费用由验证节点实时供需决定，该费用直接归节点所有，非 QBit 团队收取；
  • 资产价格剧烈波动风险：数字加密资产的价格具有极高的波动性，可能在短时间内大幅贬值甚至归零；
  • 智能合约与底层协议风险：区块链协议、去中心化交易所（DEX）及相关智能合约可能存在技术缺陷、代码漏洞或遭遇黑客攻击，您需自行承担交互损益。

4. 第三方 DApp 与外部链接使用准则

QBit Wallet 内置 DApp 发现与浏览器功能，允许用户访问第三方去中心化应用程序：

  • 第三方 DApp 完全由独立的第三方开发者或 DAO 社区开发并运营，与 QBit Wallet 之间不存在雇佣、代理或保证关系；
  • 当您在第三方 DApp 中签署交易、提供流动性或授权代币支出额度（Approve）时，请务必审慎评估合约安全性，谨防钓鱼欺诈；
  • QBit 对第三方 DApp 的可用性、安全性、合法性或经营风险不作任何明示或暗示的担保。

5. 合规使用与禁止行为

您同意在使用本应用时不从事任何违反当地法律法规的行为。您承诺不得利用 QBit Wallet 进行：

  • 任何洗钱（Anti-Money Laundering）、恐怖主义融资或规避国际制裁的非法金融活动；
  • 传播计算机病毒、恶意攻击 RPC 节点或干扰区块链网络正常运行的行为；
  • 通过伪造官方应用、钓鱼网站侵犯他人财产权或知识产权的行为；
  • 在被联合国、OFAC 或您所在司法管辖区明确列入受制裁制止名单的地区开展受限操作。

6. 免责声明与有限责任 (Limitation of Liability)

在适用法律允许的最大范围内：

  • QBit Wallet 按“现状 (AS IS)”和“现有 (AS AVAILABLE)”的基础提供。我们排除所有明示、默示或法定担保，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性、所有权及不侵权的担保；
  • 我们不保证软件完全无错误、不中断、无延误，亦不保证所有缺陷必定能被即时修复；
  • 在任何情况下，QBit 团队、贡献者及其关联方均不对任何间接、偶然、特别、惩罚性或后果性损害（包括利润损失、数据丢失、资产灭失或商誉损害）承担责任。

7. 知识产权与条款修改

QBit Wallet 的客户端代码、品牌 Logo、UI 设计及技术文档受相关知识产权与开源许可证保护。在遵循开源协议的前提下，保留本软件核心商标及商誉权。

我们保留在必要时调整或修订本条款的权利。修改后的条款将直接更新于本页面。若您在条款更新后继续使用本钱包，即视为您接受修订后的条款。

📜 Welcome to QBit Wallet! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using QBit Wallet. By installing, importing, creating a wallet, or otherwise using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all conditions and risk disclosures herein.

1. Nature of Services & Non-Custodial Architecture

QBit Wallet is an open-source, non-custodial decentralized client interface engineered by the QBit Chain team. It provides local technical tools enabling users to interact directly with the QBit Chain blockchain and compatible decentralized smart contracts.

You expressly understand and acknowledge:

  • Non-Financial Intermediary: QBit Wallet is NOT a bank, custodian, broker, exchange, money transmitter, or regulated financial institution;
  • Client-Side Interface Only: The application acts purely as a local software bridge for signing transactions and broadcasting cryptographic messages. It never takes possession of, controls, or holds custody over your digital assets;
  • No Investment or Financial Advice: Information presented (such as market exchange rates or token pricing) does not constitute investment advice, financial planning, or regulatory endorsement.

2. User Responsibility & Private Key Security

⚠️ Critical Seed Phrase & Private Key Disclosure: In decentralized blockchain architectures, your private key represents absolute, exclusive ownership of your assets. QBit Wallet has no access to your credentials and maintains no remote recovery servers. You bear exclusive responsibility for the physical custody and security of your seed phrases.

As a user, you agree and warrant to:

  • Physical Offline Backup: Immediately write down your 12-word BIP39 mnemonic seed phrase on paper and store it in a secure physical location. Never save screenshots, upload to cloud drives, or share via messaging apps;
  • Strong Local Passcode: Maintain a strong local authentication password to safeguard your physical device;
  • Assumption of Total Loss: In the event of device theft, lost passcodes, seed phrase leakage, or phishing attacks, you acknowledge that the QBit team cannot assist in recovering, freezing, or restoring your assets, and disclaims all liability.

3. Blockchain & Financial Risk Disclosures

Decentralized networks and cryptocurrency operations carry inherent technical and financial risks:

  • Irreversibility of Transactions: Blockchain transactions are immutable once confirmed by consensus validators. No transaction can be refunded, modified, or cancelled. Always verify public destination addresses before execution;
  • Network Gas Fees & Congestion: On-chain transactions require native gas fees (QBT) paid to decentralized validators. QBit does not control network fee volatility or validator processing delays;
  • Extreme Market Volatility: Cryptographic tokens may fluctuate violently in value and may drop to zero;
  • Smart Contract & DeFi Protocol Vulnerabilities: Interacting with decentralized protocols, liquidity pools, or third-party contracts carries the risk of software bugs, security exploits, or market disruption.

4. Third-Party DApps & Web3 Browser

QBit Wallet features a Web3 DApp explorer allowing interaction with decentralized applications:

  • Third-party DApps are independently maintained by respective development teams and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs);
  • Exercise strict caution when granting token spending approvals (Approve) or interacting with unverified contracts;
  • QBit makes no representations, warranties, or endorsements regarding the safety, legality, or performance of external DApps.

5. Prohibited Uses & Compliance

You agree not to use QBit Wallet for any unlawful purpose under applicable global regulations. You explicitly agree not to engage in:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion;
  • Distributing malicious exploits, attempting denial-of-service against RPC nodes, or disrupting blockchain consensus;
  • Impersonation, phishing scams, or intellectual property infringements;
  • Accessing services from jurisdictions subject to comprehensive OFAC or international embargoes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • QBit Wallet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory;
  • We do not guarantee that the software will be bug-free, continuous, or uninterrupted;
  • In no event shall the QBit team, developers, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, asset devaluation, or data destruction.

7. Governing Terms & Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published directly at https://qbitwallet.io/terms.html. Your continued use of the wallet after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
